Hike through the pure nature of Bruny Island

Get "off the grid" on the award-winning Bruny Island weekend walk. Your journey starts in Hobart. Here, you and your friends will hop on board a boat and sail to Bruny Island. A place brimming with a pristine coastline, golden beaches, secluded bays and ancient rainforest.

You will sail across the Derwent River, and explore the east coast of the island with a guided walk. At Great Bay, you will learn how Bruny Island's oysters are farmed. You will have the opportunity to harvest them directly from the water.

At the end of the day, you will travel to your accommodation, and your guides will prepare dinner. On the second day, you will take a walk along Cloudy Bay Beach. Along the way, you will stop at Ross and Emma O'Meara's farm, where you can taste smoked pork.

On the last day, you will walk through the rainforest and try to spot the island's famous white wallabies. Travel along the coast and look out for playful dolphins, fur seals and albatrosses. The weekend ends with lunch at The Jetty Café and a cruise back to Hobart.
