The first step is to contact us. You can do this either by phone, email or fill in a contact request form. Our travel specialists love to chat about DownUnder and share their local knowledge. They are happy to answer any questions that you may have.

We take a personal approach when we plan your holiday. Because everyone is different and so is every trip that we plan. That’s why we take the time to get to know you. So we can ensure that you make the most of your time DownUnder.

How to contact us

We would love to meet you at a time and place that suits you best.

Would you like to meet at our office? Your office? Your home? Online? Or somewhere else? We are based in London but can meet you in greater London, or another location within the UK, if you would like. 

During our chat together, we will discuss your ideal journey Downunder.

Do you like nature? Or do you prefer adventure? Would you like to stay at a remote location? Or experience vibrant cities? Perhaps, you would like to mix it up? Whatever it is, we will ensure that we create a holiday that is as unique as you are.

After you share your wishes and needs with us, we can show you the possibilities through maps, photos and videos. Then you can start to get an idea of how your journey will look. We can also share our personal travel experiences with you. And some of our favourite local places if you would like some more inspiration.

# 3 Review your travel proposal

Based on your wishes and preferences, we will create a bespoke holiday for you. You will receive a proposed travel itinerary with your day to day journey DownUnder. Here, you can read detailed descriptions and see photos of which regions you will visit, where you will stay and the activities you will do.

In this itinerary, you will also find the other things that we will organise for you, such as flights, car rental and ferry services. We work closely with the world’s most leading airlines. They offer the most exceptional service, the cleanest aircraft and state of the art in-flight entertainment systems.

# 4 Finalise your booking

If everything is completed and to your wishes, we will make your journey definite. If a certain part of the trip is not available anymore, for whatever reason, we will offer a suitable alternative. It will take approximately ten days for everything to be confirmed.

Sit back and relax. This time tomorrow, you could be Down Under

# 5 Pack your bags and go!

After everything is confirmed, you will receive your definite itinerary. With an invoice for a down payment of 25 % of the total amount. Six weeks before your departure, you will need to finalise the rest of your payment.

When everything is paid in full, you will receive everything you need.

Including your plane tickets, vouchers, maps, local tips and routes. And then your dream journey begins. All you have to do is pack your bags and make sure you arrive at the airport on time!

If something happens along the way, our local hosts are there to help you.

They know their country like no other and are happy to share their local tips and knowledge with you. They will ensure that you are taken care of during your holiday. We also have a 24-hour emergency service, if you require any assistance, when in need.
